What's happening this week
Space is getting tight, and the fluid around each baby is easing off a little as three growing bodies fill the room instead. Their grips are strong now — strong enough to hold onto a cord like a tiny handrail.
You may notice the three are not quite matching in size anymore, and that is almost always just personality showing early rather than anything to worry about. Your care team is watching each one's own curve, cheering them all on individually.
Three little wonders this week
- Bone marrow has taken over making blood cells in all three now — a real mark of growing independence.
- That soft fuzzy lanugo hair is starting to disappear as proper baby fat takes over the job of keeping them cosy.
- Their brains are learning to manage breathing and temperature, even if it's still a work in progress.
The triplet twist
Triplets often grow at slightly different paces, and your team keeps a close eye on that — it's simply a triplet thing, since a solo baby has no siblings to be compared with.
Something to look forward to
- 2 weeks until the window when triplets often begin arriving.
- About 4 weeks until 34 weeks, when many trios make their debut.

You're in the final stretch of growing three humans at once. It's okay to feel amazed, exhausted, and a little over it all at the same time.
